The Larder Bakery - Allergen Statement
Allergies and special dietary requirements are taken very seriously at The Larder Bakery. We work closely with our suppliers and our in-house team to ensure that the allergen information provided is correct.
You can view allergen information for each product by clicking on individual items and scrolling down to see the detail provided. We don’t swap out ingredients for allergen free alternatives. However we’re focusing on creating a huge range of recipes that everybody, regardless of their dietary needs can enjoy.
We follow best practices in safe food handling to prevent cross-contamination. However, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee our products are 100% free of any specific allergen. Allergens are listed on our shop and on our boxes which also refer to the ingredients we use. Please double-check the label on any item if you’re unsure.
We cannot 100% guarantee an allergen free environment where we prepare our baked goods, nor can we guarantee against the processes used by our suppliers or products which may have been produced in an environment with other allergens.
